The automatic cartoning machine feed is generally divided into three inlets: the instruction manual inlet, the medicine bottle inlet and the bag box inlet. The whole process from the feeding of the box to the final packaging can be roughly divided into four stages: a rail position holds the box in place and the box is opened with a push plate, while two forward-moving positions are raised from below, jamming the sides of the box from front to back, opening the box at right angles and moving forward to the filling area. After filling the filling area, the mechanism of the machine folds the ears into the left and right rails before closing the lid. Before closing the lid, the mechanism will first bend the tab of the carton, and then there is a push plate to push the lid to bend, so that the tongue is inserted into the box and the lock is tightened. The closing action is a critical action, and the quality of the completion has a lot to do with the structure of the carton and the accuracy of the machine adjustment.
